A PASSION FOR EXCEPTIONAL PLACES
Throughout our lives, we have travelled extensively across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Along the way, we discovered something interesting: The most memorable places are not necessarily the most luxurious. They are the places that simply feel right. Places with character. Places with atmosphere. Places where daily life becomes something to enjoy rather than merely manage. This philosophy continues to guide every decision we make.
MORE THAN ACCOMMODATION
The residences we offer are not anonymous rental properties. Each has been carefully designed, furnished, and refined over many years. Every residence reflects a personal commitment to comfort, functionality, and quality of life. They are places we know intimately. Places we would happily live in ourselves. Because in many cases, we already have.
ALPINE LIVING
Kirchberg remains one of our favourite places in the Alps. A place where life remains active, healthy, and connected. Golf in summer. Skiing in winter. Mountain walks.Village life.Restaurants. Culture. And a welcoming international community. It is a place that continues to inspire us every day.
LOOKING BEYOND THE ALPS
Our vision extends beyond Austria. Trendguide Residences is gradually evolving into a collection of carefully selected residences in exceptional destinations. Places that share the same values: Comfort. Independence. Authenticity. And quality of life. The first destination beyond Austria will be Hua Hin, Thailand. A place we have also come to appreciate for its relaxed lifestyle, international community, and exceptional quality of life.
WHO WE WELCOME
Our residents come from different backgrounds. Entrepreneurs. Professionals. Golf enthusiasts.Travellers.Retired executives. Active adults who remain curious about life. What they often share is an appreciation for comfort, independence, and meaningful experiences. People who prefer quality over excess. And experiences over possessions.
WELCOME
We look forward to welcoming people who share similar values. People who appreciate exceptional places.People who enjoy living well. People who understand that true luxury is often found in simplicity, freedom, and quality of life. Welcome to Trendguide Residences.Exceptional Places To Live.
